Our mutual goal is to give you the healthy, straight, beautiful smile that you've always wanted. We understand that choosing to receive orthodontic care is a big decision, and we respect your reasons for wanting to improve the way you look and feel. Our practice will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your orthodontic care is as rewarding as possible. Our practice utilizes the latest technology, offering a variety of safe and gentle treatment options to give you the customized, individual care you deserve.
Your 1st Visit
Every Mann-Made smile begins with an initial consultation. During this appointment, you will have the chance to meet our charming staff, learn about orthodontic treatment, tour our office and have a complete initial exam. Your exam will include the following:
- Review of your complete medical and dental history
- Complete intra-oral and extra-oral exam with X-rays
- A customized individual treatment plan for your new Mann-Made smile, developed by Dr. Mann
- A discussion about your financial options including insurance benefits and payment plans
Your 1st Treatment Visit:
Following your consultation appointment, Dr. Mann will be giving you your new orthodontic appliances and getting started on creating your new Mann-Made smile. This visit normally takes a little less than an hour and you will be educated on how to care for your new appliances and what to do in case of emergencies. Adjustment Appointments:
Throughout your treatment, you will be returning for adjustments every four to eight weeks. We understand that our patients have obligations outside of their orthodontic treatment so we do everything we can to accommodate your scheduling needs and provide you with appointment times that are most convenient for you!
We understand that “life happens”! If you're running late or need to reschedule, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. When you're ready to schedule your first appointment, contact our practice and our friendly scheduling coordinator will assist you. We're looking forward to working with you.
Dental Appointments:
Although Dr. Mann is a trained dentist, it is still very important that you continue to see your General Dentist throughout treatment for routine exams and cleanings. Our staff works really hard to educate our patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and is able to coordinate appointments with your General Dentist as needed.
Financial Information:
Providing patients with all the information they need about their smile and treatment options is very important to Dr. Mann. The cost of your orthodontic treatment may vary depending on your orthodontic needs and the treatment option you select. Once an agreement is made on a treatment approach, our team will work very hard to design a payment plan that is affordable and customized to fit your budget. Our offices work with most major insurances and offer 0% in house interest free financing for the entire length of your treatment.
